I most like a British boss. Or maybe Rafa Benitez.... But personally I think 3 years is to far ahead to even guess manager options.
I would like Carra to get the job in about 10 years time, we need to continue to have a manager that understands the club.
If Carra stays in the game and wants to eventually manage LFC i'd like to see manage a club in his own right(like Solksjaer)to gain experience instead of getting the job via youth team coach, trainer etc. Rushie got his coaching badges a couple of years ago and a Carra&Rushie partnership at a lower league club would be a good grounding for both because Rushie has'nt fulfilled his ambition to stay in the game as a coach(so far).
Didn't rush manage Chester city a few years ago?? It was them or wrexham... I can't be bothered to look it up, I'm sure it was Chester
Your right mate it was Chester, but he said he wanted to ultimately become part of the management structure/back room involving the 1st team at Liverpool some day,and thats the point i was making. I dont think Rushie is manager material but he has a wealth of football knowledge(and his coaching badges)and would be an ideal assistant to someone like Carra should he ever go into management.
I would like Carra and Rushie to both get the relevant experience either with smaller clubs or work with the youth teams at LFC. Another reason why I would like Borrell to one day get the job.
