Ok maybe the last line was a bit far but I think the rest was more than fair.

I have done quite a bit of talking about things he's got wrong as well.

Also I thought ugly piece of **** was tame but your obviously pretty easily offended so I apologise for that remark.

KLD and Speakman have got themselves in the ****e here mind. Take Beale out of the equation, I think he was less of a problem than our forwards and vulnerability on the break. We went onto the window with play off hope, we came out of it weaker than our neighbours with no resolution to our ongoing problems. Positive from today we showed a bit of spirit and a bit of quality but there is a conscious lack of confidence in hitting our forwards whichever variation we play and teams know to go for the jugular as soon as they intercept our attacks. Those two things put us at risk of relegation in my view. We may limp through but I’m not trusting them anymore and that vibe will hit us for income and reputation. I think we need a wise old head in who can tighten us up and eek wind from set pieces and the likes. I’ll say it again they have got themselves in the ****e. What a shame but what a **** up.

I’d say giving our managers gaping holes in quality in key positions was the day we gave up on promotion and that was September.

On the plus side if we do make the playoffs we'll have some momentum having just won our last 9 games.

There are many reasons why this season has turned to ****e. However, getting 10 million for Stewart and not getting a replacement anywhere near his quality is what got Mowbray the sack. It all leads back to this. Injuries havnt helped either. However there is no excuse for the absolute shocking decisions which have been made since. Its been so bad youd think it was being done on purpose. Speakman is still lucky to be in a job.

6 losses in a row is awful, at any level. It just should not happen.

Momentum in football is important. KLD and Speakman had it all up to the start of this season, although some of the transfers were starting to be a bit dubious. I think it has completely imploded this season on the field and that is down to the squad that has been delivered to the head coaches. It is also down to amateurish decision making on coaching staff.

Hoping we scrape through to the end of the season and then start again doesnt wash with me. I want a new coach now, and it needs be an elite coach to show some ambition. I want a coach who can look at this group of players and have a clear voice into summer recruitment. One thing we know is the current recruitment team do not know how to create a squad. If we limp along and finish bottom 3rd then starting any momentum in the summer will be very difficult indeed. We might end up with a 4th choice coach, 5th choice players and the whole plan for promotion is gone. We will be championship plodders that will struggle to even convince prem clubs to trust us with good loanees. This period in time is crucial and I hope KLD knows enough about football to realise it - he must act now even if Speakman advises against it.

Only reason Speakman is still in a job is he won't sack himself. He sacked Mowbray (a stupid decision), appointed Beale (a stupid decision), sacked Beale and then appointed Dodds interim. He signs and sells players. He has too much power but seems to be untouchable. All on him.

Injuries and suspensions don’t account for you not starting Adil and playing Burstow, Mikey babes. That’s your bellendry.
