My first ever home game was Newcastle vs Zulte Waregem <laugh>. Yes I was deprived of St. James's Park for that long!

Why am I picturing you doing a Lou & Andy from Little Britain and running on the pitch to score the winner with a diving header in the last minute of the game? <laugh>

<laugh> I was expecting a nice goal fest and we only won 1-0. Martins scored I seem to remember. I was sat in the East Stand.

Heck, people worry about our depth nowadays....look at our bench for the Waregem game.

Srnicek, Carroll, Edgar, Huntington, Pattison, Luque, Troisi.

    Now, thats a ****e bench <laugh>

The coldest I've ever been at a match is Fulham away, must have been about four or so years ago. We won 1-0 with a Barton penalty near the end after Smith was brought down in the box. Feet were like blocks of ice. Must have had something to do with the proximity to the river.

The coldest I have been is Kendal at home on a winter's night. The game got called off at half time due to amount of rain and it was freezing!

Coldest game I went too, was a game, that never actually went ahead. Funnily enough, against Charlton.

Must have been below freezing that night!

Better be ready to give her a reassuring cuddle when we score and a loud cheer goes up, she might not be quite prepared for what's to come.

Hope she enjoys it and it's the first of many. Good to get them young.
