Agreed. Most unlike Farke. Suspect he's recognised that we're in a bit of a match & would perhaps disrupt our flow / concentration when they're still up 'n' at us. Risk / Game Management.
Rutter is very poor imo IF we get promoted isn’t good enough for Prem, I’m afraid majority arnt good enough
That piles the pressure on Leicester and Ipswich. They won't fancy travelling to Cardiff and Hull. Great 3 points
Nice to go into the weekend with 3 points in the bag. Now let's see if Lesta, Ipswich and Saints can match it.
Always nice to get the weekend off to a belta now to the boxing. enjoy your weekend lads I sure will.
It's noticeable how many fewer injuries we are getting than in previous seasons. I know we are still getting some but nowhere near as many at crucial times. Paddy has been almost ever present
Would really round the weekend off if Lecestershire and Dipshit both lose or at least draw. Be too much to ask that Southampton drops points too but we can live in hope.
Meslier - 7. Really good save 1st half. Owes Ampadu a pint for saving his blushes after a 2nd half blunder. Gray - 8. Another mature performance from Archie. Very comfortable. Rodon - 9. Rock solid. Bled for the cause. Dominated in the air and was very good at snuffing out any danger. Ampadu - 9. If Carlsberg did defensive masterclasses..... Firpo - 8. A defensive disaster 1st half but put in a worldy cross for Bamford on the stroke of half time. Good going forward, not so good going backwards. Gruev - 6. A bit scrappy 1st half but influence grew as the game wore on. Started to play more forward passes 2nd half. Kamara - 6. Game of 2 halves. Very negative and sloppy in possession 1st half but much more proactive 2nd half. Georginio - 7. Got in to good positions but didn't really have an end product. Grew in to the game and got his obligatory assist for Gnonto's goal. Summerville - 6. Just going through a spell where it's not quite happening for him. Needs to carry on making the runs and it will turn back in his favour. Gnonto - 8. Defensively much much better and got the 2nd goal with a smart finish. Bamford - 7. Scored the first, had a hand in the 2nd. Some really affective build up play and some sloppy passes. Subs. James - n/a. Handful for a tired defence. Joseph - n/a. Looks more settled at this level every time he plays. Roberts - n/a. Nearly on the scoresheet again. Piroe - n/a. Very late sub. Byram - n/a. Even later sub.
With how ****e my football bets are this season, think I'll have £5:Treble on them all to win, that will be the kiss of death for at least one of them.
