Excellent performance second half playing players at the sharp pool end who actually want to affect the game Adil. Rigg Rusyn. However that formation and line up in the first half was s an absolute disgrace lost us the game

    Much, much better 2nd half.
Rigg, Jobe, Neil on that performance.Jobe deeper.
+ Auoiche & 2 others up top: from Rusyn, Ba, Mundle, Hemir,

encouraging, but we have to learn to put the ball in the onion bag. We’re very raw up front and it shows

Lots of people are saying we need to sort it or it's a risk. I agree.

People making good points. We can not score frequently and cleans sheets out the window. It's dangerous mix

I think it’s a foul but I can see why the ref hasnt given it. The way Ballard goes down is so unnatural. It just doesn’t look right and that’s because Ballard could have stayed on his feet but chose not to. One of those that goes either way

Fair points indeed. Hemir needs binning off immediately. The state of our investment into the number 9 man.

You could put haaland in this team and he wouldn’t score man. The midfield is ****e. The full/wing backs don’t attack. We pass the ball around half arsed and teams let us, then our fans are daft enough to think we’ve played well because we’ve had the lions share of possession. Laughable that people think so many of these players are too good for this level.

Just looking at the table and who teams have to play in the run in and Stoke are in massive trouble. Already in the relegation zone with teams above them having a game in hand, awful form, very difficult run in with half their games coming against playoff chasing sides+Southampton.

Been tough lately but at least the second half give some reminders about the talent we have. Rigg and AA really deserve their chances now, I don’t want to dig the likes of jobe etc out but he’s had so many minutes and not produced enough for a while. Let’s give others a chance so we have a better idea of who’s going to fit in to the team next season

Hume had at least three shots that I remember and was involved in lots of the build up on the edge of the box. Hjelde spent a large part of that second half parallel with their penalty area and put at least a couple of crosses in.

I suppose, had we not lost the last four, we'd we saying fair enough, this was the league's top team. However, glass half full, we've had a bad 5 run, yet each loss only by the odd goal, and some which aren't necessarily credited to better opposition play, we gave them away.
I think we'll continue 2nd half display and beat Southampton

They brought in Neil who was an absolute disaster and brought in players who were worse than what they already had.

Then they brought in another who the players almost immediately turned against.

They're booed off, home & away, and it'll get worse as you say.

Deserved something in the end, but that starting formatio cost us. Chaos it was.

Upsides for all to see. Rigg was immense he has to play. Ballard was outstanding, apart from the Tom Daly impression like. Hume was very good I thought. Adil was a livewire when he came, just the odd decision making, but made us better. Of anything last 10 mins was a bit too impatient by us, they were ragged and we needed a bit more clinical thinking and movement. Probably best performance for a few weeks and folk have put their hand up to play next time.

Downsides. Striker position is such an issue. Hemir touch is poor in my opinion. I just cant see it with him yet. Rusyn is a grafter but I am wary about him having what it takes. And of course 5 losses in a row is a grim stat at any level. Shouldnt really be happening to be honest but we have to move on and somebody has to keep the confidence levels up.

Was really impressed with him tonight. Can he do it from the start of a game though? Worth a shot though.

Hume has 2 goal contributions all season. How often do you see him overlapping or bombing down the wing? And again as stated above, teams letting us control the possession because we can’t do anything with it..

Maybe a reality check for some of you who think these lads are ready to the PL. Most of them can’t even stand out at this level.

Transfermarkt has them down as spending the 4th most money in the championship this season at just over £20million. Neil and his mate Ricky Martin have ****ed them for a long time.

    cheers again RTB...

good evening chaps...have kept quiet for a while as i had nowt good to say and figured the doom mongers would only get ammo from any posts i made.

tonight (2nd half) was a much better performance than of late, rigg just pushed himself forward and looked completely composed, afraid i have changed my mind about hjelde, very slow around the field and very slow to react, still not sure why jobe is always a shoe in.

good to have ballard back, hume had a decent game and was probably looking the most likely to score, rusyn and adil worked very hard when they came on...hoping dodds is finally seeing 'his' team come together and we start to see a few wins to end the season.

whatever happens, we have to make this summer the one to rectify the problems, not too sure that we need an out and out striker but we do need people to create, by all means have an 'evans' type in there to help the defence but the other midfielders have to be moving forward and playing passes through and over to the forward(s) rather than 3 lads looking as if they are all performing the same sideways role, not wanting to knock anyone as they all have skill it just needs using in the right way.

next game could be the worst of the season, they will be after revenge.

my MotM goes to rigg, very good performance from the lad on his first start, think we will see more of him in the line up now.
