we need to keep playing him to make sure he signs that pro contract. I fear he won’t and we lose him for peanuts

Zero pace out wide. Why the fook are Rusyn and Mundle.on the bench?
Rigg finally gets a start and the undroppable Jobe still has to start aswell, even if hes out of position.

Nailed on its in his contract to start 99% of games. He played a bit part role at Brum last year, and we're treating his asif weve signed Jude.

Love that twice in this half the CB has bounced off hemir n hit the deck

If he learns that he is a unit n starts to use it he could be a real handful in the future

We will have done well to keep this to 0-1 at half time considering the start. Not happy one bit with the approach but it could be a hell of a lot worse

Funny that without wingers, we're actually getting decent crosses into the box.

it’s because we play with inverted wingers normally. They don’t really cross it.

Think we’re doing okay overall, keeping them to 1 goal is vital as it gives us a chance to nick something.

And some of the wingers don't always want to put a cross in...

    Spot on

Then you see players like Rigg n hume who just fly into tackles n put themselves about

Rigg needs to be 1 of the 1st names on rhe team sheet rest of season

What it means to be a winger has fundamentally changed. It used to a nippy player who hugs the line and gets crosses in, that can still work in a 442 but nobody plays that way anymore.

There'll come a point when, if it stays 1-0, Leicester will start to sit back.

Of course there's a chance they can catch us on the break but we'd have to throw everything at them.

I'm delighted to get to HT at 1-0, especially with the pace we have on the bench.

Don't mind how we played after the goal, just annoyed at how we played leading to it. Pressing Leicester is stupid and is just asking to be battered.

Been critical of him lately but patto made some class saves in that first half, hopefully gives him a boost
