To be fair... A lot of those records are from flopping in the Champions League. They actually made the Champions League last year, something they haven't done very often as of late. . It's not a competition they've seen much of since Fergie drank his last shots in Old Trafford.

Villa post loss of £120m last season. They’ve been brilliant this last year but they have spent a huge amount of money. Interesting see if they end up moving anyone on if they don’t manage to get Cl football. Be nice if they got 4th and kept that team together though.
