    Leeds United v Stoke City
    5th March@19:45pm | Elland Road

Daniel Farke will be looking for an instant response from his players when Stoke City arrive at Elland Road on Tuesday evening.

The Whites were held to a 1-1 draw by lowly Huddersfield Town at the weekend, surrendering the coveted second placed automatic promotion slot back to Ipswich Town.

The Potters have problems of their own. With less than a quarter of the season left, they sit in the relegation zone (22nd) by way of having a worse aggregate than Huddersfield Town, Birmingham City and QPR. Even a point at Elland Road could take them out of the drop zone.

Their unexpected win against an inconsistent Middlesbrough side at the weekend will give Steven Schumacher's side some confidence against a Leeds side undefeated at home all season.

Leeds have only conceded twelve goal at home all season (the lowest in the Championship), whilst netting 38; Stoke have only netted 33 all season, but we know what happens when we get complacent!

Leeds have no new injury concerns. Karl Darlow has recovered from his dislocated thumb, and should make the bench. Connor Roberts and Dan James are pushing for starts after impressive cameo appearances in recent games, which could see Archie Gray moved to midfield in place of out of sorts Glen Kamara.

Stoke will be without a recognised left back when they visit Elland Road on Tuesday evening. Enda Stevens has a hamstring injury whilst Jordan Thompson serves the second of a two-game ban for picking up 10th bookings. Defender Luke McNally (thigh) and striker Junior Tchamadeu (knock) are also expected to be ruled out.

Need to get back on track with 3 points in this one, the away game was one of our worst performances of the season, but yet for the penalty miss, we could have got the 3 points.
Top 4 is still very close and lots of twists and turns to come, with 11 games left.
I think we need a couple of changes for this one, I notice lots around saying start Byram over Firpo but I think Stoke will come a defend deep, looking for a point, so personally I'd start Firpo for his attacking play.

    .................Mes..........

    Roberts.....Rodon......Ampadu.....Firpo

    ...........Gruev...........Gray........
    James...........Rutter.........Summerville

    .....................Bamford

We go with the same team that's been winning recently and hope that we don't have to rely on our strong bench again. However if we have to then that's what it's there for <ok>

Early season we struggled to break down the lowly teams. Huddersfield was a repeat. We now have two more dogged outfits to play. Hopefully we fare better

Back at ER playing on a proper pitch that we don't allow rugby to be played will certainly help us move the ball quicker and more accurately. That surface yesterday at Huddersfield didn't help us at all.

this will be a rout by Leeds, the parked bus the buggers normally do will have its tyres let down, leaving enough space to get the goal and little Tonto will have the lone ranger to help him, leaving Bam bam to come on at 60 mins to show us his dying swan act at 3 up

Evening all, another tricky one, but we should get back to winning ways.
I usually watch via one of ell's streams, thank you for this.
Recently I have been watching on fawanews works brilliant, so after watching friday night I decided to check out their site.
This weekend I have watched, real madrid valencia, bilbao barca, pga golf, kiwis vs ozzies cricket and some boxing.
Site works brilliant, for those that don't have sky or whatever check it out.

Farke needs to freshen it up, drop Summerville and put Gnonto on the left with a word in his ear to go and perform, James on the right with Roberts at RB, Gray in MF and also have a word with Rutter about his selfishness on the ball, it’s a must win tonight and on Friday.

It’s an obvious 0-6 home drubbing.

so having set the expectation, anything better will feel like good news.

Big game but they all are now, This lot bullied us at their place which is our weakness. something we found out again in the first half of the udders game. its not about being physical and twatting them up its playing to the whistle. We need to be men. We have numerous players who down tools when fouled or brought down if that whistle doesn't blow get the fuk up you no good laying on the floor crying for something that won't be coming. We need to be men now and fight for every inch of grass. On paper we should win but its the funny season now where teams give absolute everything top and bottom. always say for these type of games a early goal changes everything they gonna sit back and try to take us out on us pushing to high ie on a break or mistake. get that early goal then everything changes for them as they have to have a go. We have to be on the ball tonight and be clinical we can't give them a sniff of something we have to put it to bed and make them do all the worrying.

Great post. This isn’t the prem, refs allow a certain amount more physicality. That said in the game against Huddersfield he let them kick us out of the game.
