I don’t think it’s so much that Jobe is physically tired, it’s more than you could see his impact against Plymouth’s tired legs. Jobe has grafted for the team this season in several positions, let’s reframe how we’re thinking about the situation, Jobe deserves a 30 minute runout against tired legs so he can dole out some damage.

There's lies, damn lies and statistics.

The lad needs to be dropped

    PLAY HIM.

Edit: Wasn't supposed to be a comparison between Jobe and Adil, just wanted to share Adil's data and the link has shown Jobes also. However it is interesting to compare the two.

Hoping that Rigg gets a start soon enough, think the lad is pushing for it.

We need a bit of fresh air as some of our better performers from earlier in the season are either knackered, or injured.

While it would be great to see Adil come in for a few games, it’s important to remember the amount of games played by both players when stats like that are shown

Wasn't meant to be a comparison to Jobe not sure why his stats are on the link.

Every time Adil has been on the pitch, apart from the Ipswich game which has seemingly resulted in him being banished, he's had a positive impact.

    Fair enough mate.

The Ipswich one was hard. The lad was at fault for the free kick but everyone makes mistakes.

Must be a reason behind the scenes for his absence. We need goals and I think him being on the pitch helps out ba too, who I rate and gets a hard time almost everytime he plays.

Just getting sick and tired of some players starting week in week out no matter how they play and then some players are chucked in and expected to perform straight away and if they don't they don't play for months. Earlier this season, during our best run, Ba played every game at right midfield and was then dropped and our form dropped and now we see him in and out of the team. Makes no sense at all.

Appreciate all your efforts RTB great thread it always stimulates great opinions form everyone, If Dodds doesn’t realise Jobe needs a seat on the bench then I’m disappointed, hopefully we get a couple of changes to freshen things up for me Neil Jobe and Ekwaah just isn’t working and it’s a waste sticking styles on the right wing head says we lose but heart says 2-1 to the lads COME ON

The forward passes/passes to final third stats highlight the difference between the two, Adil looks to feed players ahead of him and Jobe plays the safe ball sideways or back.

I like Jobe, he brings height, ball carrying and goal threat to the team. He isn't a 10 though and that's where we play him on a consistent basis.

He looks a CM to me, not ready to start there yet but he's ideal for it. Don't see him as a 10 now or in the future.

Why not mate, QPR barely saw the ball at Leicester and won 2-1 ...

... they haven't given up, neither have I.

Forecast 6 degrees by kick off but no doubt it'll feel colder. Wrap up warm everyone.

To be fair I took that as tongue in cheek humour.

However the replies to this tweet are pretty scathing...
