Liverpool then go post-Klopp and City will have the ruling next season which could well see them relegated. Next cycle is about to begin, I think.

Kelly?! Doubt it. Doesn't fit their style and is he getting into the team ahead of Konate, VVD, Robertson, etc.? Plus Liverpool don't even know who's managing them yet, and he previously signed for and worked with Howe. Ideal profile for the formation Eddie plays. We'd have to pay well on the wages, but overall the FFP impact is low so we should really go for this one.
