Sadly (I think) I can’t go on Tuesday. Have musical commitments. Part of me thinks I’m glad! Which absolutely devastates me

    Predicting a crazy 5-5
We are 0-4 at HT before a Mundle inspired fightback gets us 5-4 up before O9 gives away a penalty in the 98th min

Good attacking side but not out of balance. I'd like to see Styles in a straightforward CM role and not some bollocks like RW.

Unfortunately it'll be nothing like that but it's a good team in theory.

Both in poor form, would take an improved performance and a point

I just want us to be on the front foot and be aggressive. We have become this weak, passive shell of a team. Time to get amongst it.

I believe that their was a definite change in style and formation from about 8 to 10 games into the season. Wr used to play a far higher press but that was sometimes our downfall as it left us exposed at the back. That said we won more than we lost and were playing some exciting attacking football.
That has now gone and we are very passive and defensive whatever our coaches say. Let's see if we can get back on the front foot and actually play the football this squad was built to play and if we get beat then let's do it with an attacking style and let's have a go at them.
Let's get rid of this 2 defensive midfielders and trust our defense and keeper to do their jobs and show some faith in the squad.

Agreed, we need 3/6 points to be totally safe so I’m not massively worried about being sucked in but the sooner we get them the better

This the current form hasn't been a quick thing. It's been a gradual steady decline away from everything that was so good last season, could see it starting under TM which is why I wasn't upset to see him go, just shame it's got worse

Hopefully a team and formation which makes sense. As the last 2 certainly haven’t!

Agree with @Prehab26 , we are so passive now and it’s awful to watch. Has been for most of this season to be honest.

Flying to Bristol and back today so I'm home for this one tomorrow, must be mad.

As others have said l, want us to start fast and be aggressive, don't let them settle

Love to know what changed from last season. Went from being good to watch even if getting beat and at times fantastic to watch.

To boring, plodding, clueless football that is always on the back foot and often making silly errors. It's like they scared these days! They were utterly fearless last season!

As I've said before you could see the change coming under TM and the last few months have just hastened the decline.

I believe Roberts isn't the same without Amad and it takes a lot of the attacking threat out of us, last season they needed to watch them two and Clarke. This year they could concentrate on Clarke, shows how good he is that they still couldn't stop him! But now that he is out injured where is the threat coming from?

Agree. It's almost like we need to adopt the Bazball mode.....let's go for it....give these young players the freedom to express themselves with no fear...no draws!

We're not being destroyed in games and just losing by the odd, sometimes very odd goal ...

... we need to improve, of course, but we're capable of improving.

Agreed. It's just going to be a disappointing and deflating end to the season. Bit like Bruce's first season where we went 14 without a win (7 draws, 7 defeats IIRC) and dropped from 7th to 14th
