It has to be done now mate, for me anyway. We are sinking fast. I would even accept a firefighter until the end of the season, a different voice for KS and KLD to hear from, and someone prepared to dish out a bit of tough love to the players. I love footballers with talent and technique, and we have plenty of them, but right now soms need a real bollocking. I pick on Ekwah a bit because he has so much in hia favour, but he drives me up the wall at times. I want to see him smash players and dominate with running and physicality. Need a coach to give him and others some home truths.

Not in a million years mate. His football was functional at best, and he shat on us and the players.

I dont know what Steve Round is up to. Somebody like him somewhere in our setup would be interesting. Doubt he is a head coach, but his experience is brilliant and I could see him being a massive help for coaches. I remember McAllister saying Beale benefitted from his knowledge of players at Villa. I just feel somewhere we need genuine elite level experience.

Some of this is our approach mind. We have to be less purist and hit the channels sometimes. That comes from our coaching set up. For all his faults I thought we started to get the ball forward a bit sooner under Beale. Forwards have to drop into their own half to get the ball and it pulls defenders into our half instead of facing their own goal Canny lad Dodds but at the end of the season if not before we need a refresh on that front and recruitment. Need another set of eyes on recruitment also.

The Niall Quinn whose stewardship led us into large amounts of debt we needed to bring Ellis Short in to clear before he ran us into larger amount of debt that saw us plummet into the third division with Donald and the rat **** in charge?

But yeah, sure. Sounds like a good plan.

Exactly this, the squad needs a proper manager to sort them out and to help them. Dodds is a children's coach and should be no where near 1st team duties. Until we get a experienced manager in then we're walking towards the botton

Dodds is very much part of the problem
As a manager he is hopeless, and as a coach I question his effectiveness
Simple things like last season we did not score from a corner for over a hundred attempts, no creativity from free kicks
