Playing out from the back whatever the cost is the problem. When it works its fine. But there needs to be some flexibility in when we use it
Not sure what to make of this game. We have played some excellent attacking football, created some decent shooting opportunities but not taken them. Their second was down to their forward gambling on the ball getting through to him and a mixture of bad luck when Bedders headed the ball over manning who was, seemingly marking Bedders.
Yeah I know they don’t count. But hitting the woodwork is unlucky rather than poor finishing. Fine margins.
Very much reminds me of last season this game. Can’t convert from good positions and can’t defend at all, not a good combo
Why? If you have an open goal and crash the ball against the bar is that considered unlucky? No, it makes you a laughing stock as a certain someone very well knows.
Dead right, let’s do this!! Mowing my lawn this afternoon and just came in somehow knowing we’d already let two goals in. Couldn’t believe how quick the first goal was!! Did we leave someone in the dressing room by mistake!??????
