Tony Craig has been loaned out to Leyton Orient until 31st December. In my eyes it's a good move unless TC was going to play CB, he isn't at a good enough standard in the Championship which is a shame to see after he served the club for a substantial time. Best of luck in your loan TC! and Pursey to add! http://www.millwallfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10367~2526156,00.html
I would have picked TC at CB alongside Robbo for palace. We need someone who talks more at the back. Plus who would understand the magnitude of the game like him?
You make a valid point Cunning, certainly would have been worth a try. Seems as if all the Millwall oldies are being shipped out! It'll only be Robbo and Dunney left soon!
With the way Dunneys been playing would it have been worth trying Hackett at RB so as to inject some pace into the back four? All just ideas, but as ever... IN KENNY WE TRUST!
That is not a bad idea , never actually thought of that Dunney's dire, can't see how he has stayed RB for how many seasons now Mighty - I have no idea, oh well the new lads can't be much worse then our current crop after Sundays awful display!
Sentiment has no place when it comes down to survival and glad that KJ is starting to shift players off the books who aren't up to the standard required at this level.
how are we loaning out defenders and then allowed to get in a new one on an emergency loan can we loan the whole team out and get in a new one Arsenal maybe,,,,,
What? Bloody Gooners despoiling the hallowed tuf that is the Den? Are you out of your friggin' tree? Anyway, no-one speak slavic in Bermondsey, do they? Turkish, yes, but..............
UlsterLion - Agree with you about KJ shifting out players who aren't up to the required standard. However, that only works if he replaces them with players who are up to the required standard. Some of his recent signings, permanent and on loan have not been any better replacements and have therefore not inproved the overall quality of the squad.
Think this could be another KJ masterstroke, approaching the busiest fixture spot in the season (xmas and new year) so he's loaned out the benchwarmers to get some game time so come the fixture pile up we'll have a whole squad available who are match fit and ready to step in. Alternatively they are all **** and its a get em in the shop window loan to clear out ready for the january sales.
I so want to be positive this weekend...but I can't see it. Still had a good sing-song at the end of 'Lions Live' last night along to 'Alice'. Mike Calvin was good value and the show is getting better. Can't go to the local cos the bar manager is a City supporter and I'll want to smack him....and my neighbour is a Palace fan. Come on Lions - surprise me and get back to winning! COYL!
