How good is he? from what I saw when he was on loan he is average, Ben Watson got picked in the centre of midfield in place of him.Wigans best run came when he got injured.Mate at work said he is going to be better than Scholes(he only goes to away games..) in 5 year time Cleverley will be a Championship player, Welbeck will be in the England squad(Not as a regular) Smalling and Jone will be Englands centre backs... Smallng will be the captain of United.

I agree I think he is average. We are clinging to the hope that he will turn our midfield around but I somehow doubt he will. Sorry to sound so pessimistic but Man U are depressing me at the moment. Second in the PL and second in the CL which is a joke given Chelsea's and Arsenal's form, and the easy CL group. Sorry, but I am worried for our club. It would be very sad to see SAF go out on a low.

Jezz, be honest. Can you really say this is a good Man U team? The midfield is shocking. Just shocking. Anderson for fuc*'s sake.

I agree with trueblue... NOT ONE OF UNITEDS CM's would get a game for Chelsea, Arsenal, City, Spurs.

it does seam a bit weak you're right. then again, we seem to be stuck in a 'transition stage' that i thought SAF had gotten rid of. New keeper, shaky looking back four thats usually solid, rooney hasn't really linked with anyone other than hernandez, inconsistent team sheet. Just need to get out of this part and to the bit where it all clicks. When De Gea becomes truly comfortable, we have a normal back four, we find balance in midfield and rooney starts linking up with whichever striker he plays with. We're not too far away, but it's that little bit that matters.

We seem to be getting a few City wums recently. Would have thought they would be busy celebrating being 1st rather than trying to seek attention.

Just goes to show mate, for all the success they buy we are still the first thing they think of in the morning, and the last thing they think of at night ;)
