We really need this 3 week break, but before that we need to find a way to get a win against Birmingham. So utterly crazy to play a game every 3 days for a month and then no game for 3 weeks. Genius… I think RM needs this time off as much as the players. A break, a chance for injured players to get fit, fully recover or edge closer to a return and then time to work with the team to get them playing again and maybe just as importantly their mentality back in the game before the final run in.
We have 3 games before the break, Brum Saturday, Preston next Weds and Sunderland next Saturday Need to win them all really
Even with a win, they're 8 points behind us having played a game more. We're five points behind the apparently impossible to acheive automatic spots. People on here are weird!
I don’t think it’s weird to be looking over your shoulder after 3 defeats in 4 games. I don’t expect them to overtake us but I’m getting twitchy. I also think autos are possible. Last season I was still hoping for survival when many on here were resigned.
WBA haven't won consecutive matches since December. They're hardly charging towards us at lightning speed.
Given the choice I would prefer the home leg to be second (ie finish 4th rather than 5th), but yeah it's hardly a big issue.
