One thing I have noticed is that it’s nice to play a team that hasn’t kicked lumps out of us like we have had lately….,,,ref has been good so far as well.

 

2nd according to stats but for all the opportunities we’ve had on 2 as well. Just got to be more clinical or get it on ****ing target.

 

If I were Martin, I'd go **** it and bring on KWP for Manning.

 

He has. Been exciting up until where it matters. Soon as he gets into the final third he becomes Bambi on ice

 

Playing well at the back, up front far too wasteful. Charles has given it away 4 or 5 times as per, but he's also done some decent stuff too.

He’s made us more solid.

 

Good to see them cracking at our attacking decision making, we do make errors at the last hurdle.

 

If he had end product he would be playing for Liverpool, not against them.

 

Why did we play Manning away against Liverpool but not home against Milwall

Sulemana is so dangerous but also not dangerous all at the same time due to being wasteful. Such an enigma.

Goal was a bit unfortunate but it felt like it was coming for 10-15 minutes before it did. Paid the price for missing early chances.

Played well so fair play. Goal a bit unfortunate but Liverpool were definitely figuring out our passing out and winning the ball back a lot more in the last 15 mins or so of the half.

Should’ve scored at least one in the first 20 and think we definitely have a chance of getting more good opportunities, think Liverpool have a goal or 2 more in them aswell
