Was about to post exactly the same. Piroe is confirming everyone's fears - that he's simply not PL standard. I hope I'm wrong, but doubt it. Anthony has done absolutely nothing for the club to date, & it's hard to see any improvement since he joined us. Get rid of both in the summer!

Delighted Joseph got a goal. Rodon is lost without Ampadu beside him. James and Joseph look sharp. Ampadu is class again but Archie is up against it. I don't think Roberts has been great, probably why he didn't get games for Burnley. Firpo hasn't been as poor as he was against Leicester. I would really have liked to see how our best team would have got on tonight. I'm not one who dismisses the Cup, winning is a good habit to have. Some changes 2nd half could could spice it up
We aint out of this yet but if we start taking chances which we will have too Chelski will open us up with their pace. they are very clever around the box and had us all over at times. Agree with Piroe he just not on the same wavelength at times I know he isn't a LB but he got totally bamboozled by about 5 yards in 2 seconds. We need to get more grip of the midfield as their ball over the top from the central area is causing us many of a problem. Great start from us but we went into survival mode for about 30 mins of that half and had a bit flourish at the end. but their defence is there for the taking and Wee Cry and Wee Willy would cause them problems if they let loose.
