Having a good keeper save shots isn't luck, your performance may not have earned a result but plenty of good sides win when they play **** because of player quality. If they couldn't finish thats on them. That's the story of the life of ****ter sides. They may play well but lack of quality finishing leads to defeats when they play well against good sides. At the end of the day we're not lucky bad sides cannot finish, they are victims of being not good enough to capitalise on opportunities.
