He means he'll go out on the Dundonald road to the roundabout at Crosshouse then back up the 71 to the roundabout at the 77. The Q8 are the services at that junction.

 

Not the way I'd try to get out Kilmarnock after a game but there it is. If you park in Tesco come out the car park and go right then left at the roundabout then right at the next roundabout and that's you at the Q8. Disne matter what way you go that junction is going to be chocca.

Probably Tesco. It's in a large trading estate so plenty of spaces and see above for how to get out of it.
