The (16:30) at Plumpton, a Class-5 Handicap Chase over 2m1f on soft (heavy-in-places) ground, has only 5-runners but it is an open affair with a couple of veterans going to post. Will take a chance with one of them, the Mr Dinos gelding, Shaw's Cross. Has a decent chance of running a solid race in this affair. Wears cheek-pieces as before. Conditions at the track should suit. Stan Sheppard rides for the Andy Irvine yard. Oh my goodness, how very sad, I certainly did not know that. She was a fine lady, so I understand (just reading-up a bit on her) and really cared for the horses in her charge with husband Andy. RIP Zoe
