Saints and Aberdeen both beaten today. Oh well, at least Scotland have cheered me up with the rugby (sorry folks!).
I feel so, so disconnected from the England rugby set up right now, didn't even touch the emotional sides.
I connected at one point, when 2 England players dived in to take down the Scot with the ball, and both missed him, to which my response was “You ****ing idiots”. And to make it worse the Scots scored a try from the missed tackles.
Good, fine, whatever. Let's get on with the season. In fairness, likelihood is that the F2 will be the better watch. The kiddy that Mercedes are considering for Lewis's seat - Antonelli - has jumped straight into F2, bypassing F3. When he went to a wet test session in Silverstone, alongside other F2 and F3 talents, having never seen the circuit before, he was FOUR SECONDS a lap quicker!
Ok, it's only FP2 in the first race weekend of the season but these conditions are realistic for what qualifying is going to be tomorrow and Lewis is comfortably the quickest on track. Now are RB sandbagging a bit? God knows but that Mercedes looks decent.
Well this is interesting! But they are in the desert after all, so plenty of high quality sandbags available to Red Bull.
Ferrari has made some really questionable decisions, but "there's a young Italian phenom, named after our last WDC winner...we should probably pass" is dare-the-gods-to-strike-me-down stuff.
Reading all the Horner text exchanges. I mean it's not earth shattering, but I expected to dislike him (more) having read them. I actually feel a bit sorry for him though - he's been a total idiot (as he himself will know better than anyone), but it's the exchanges of a deeply unhappy and lonely man.
I guess the deal with going to your organisation with a complaint is that you agree to stand by their decision. Evidently, she has not done that and taken justice into her own hands. It does read like an inappropriate relationship and not the bullying she alleges - but I think we would need more context!
