Looks a tidy and useful player though and put a nice pass or two forward to Rusyn. Fought for every header despite being 5'6 or thereabouts.
thats what you get with only kids the model really needs to change need some experience to help the kids
I think the one thing that has stood out to me in Adil is he's not a winger and never will be, he's a 10 all day long and really looks a talent but he has to get game time in that position
We have some good players However maybe not as many as I thought Back to the drawing board As has been said a few years ago we were to get the best young kids available and nurture them on Nevertheless we seem to have acquired not the best young kids
If you are going to get the best kids available For zero money they have to be the best However the best shall we say 16 17 18 year olds cost money However we might get 1819 year old not quite good enough to come for little money This plan maybe ok on paper if you can get a few gems and then you need loads of kid It’s difficult
Maybe, but I think last season was a piss poor championship. The biggest issue for me is that other teams have strengthened loads this season and we haven’t, if anything we’re worse. Players have an extra season under their belt but we’re missing Diallo which is a huge loss and Michut who could play the DM role fairly well and obvs the strikers for the periods they were fit. This whole argument of people not wanting to loan players because they’d rather develop our own is f*cking nonsense and just cutting our noses off to spite our face. Since Carvalho went to Hull he’s scored the winner against us and Southampton off the top of my head plus scored today getting them another point. Ipswich brought in Moore who’s got 4G 1A in 5 games.. we’ve brought in Mundle who’s done nothing and won’t do anything all season - for £2m whilst the others cost nothing bar wages for 3 months.

Yeah the intensity of our front 3 without diallo is a huge reason it isn't as effective this season. Roberts, diallo and Clarke were phenomenal last season. It's all on Clarke this season.
3 head coaches didnt seem to fancy him mate. I dont either at this stage. What I saw earlier in the season was a tidy player, but one easy to predict and easy to play against. He is young, his time may come, but I dont think he has looked good enough to be in the starting 11 yet. I could see him moving on in the summer to be honest, depending on who the next coach is.
What's happened to Ekwah? He came in last season and bossed games. I'd rather have Michut back, at least he could pass and tackle

That was down to the way we were set up I'd say, if Styles had been told to stay on the left we wouldn't have been shagged down that side so much. Was far from awful for me.
What are you basing not fancying him on? He's played handfuls of minutes here and there mainly out of position but every time he is on the pitch, outside of Ipswich away, he has done something positive. Data wise he is STREETS ahead of most of the squad in every statistic you want for an attacking minded midfielder.

When I see him play I see a tidy player. Technically good, but naieve out of possession. A lad that needs to learn how to react to losing the ball and his positional play. As a coach I would need to trust him a bit more when we lose the ball.
