I think I’d rather Reading win tbh. Don’t think we can catch Reading but Shrewsbury, maybe. Unless of course Reading do get another points deduction. If we could just bloody win the odd game ourselves it might not matter.
A geezer on CL said our draws were 'a slow death', I make him right. Off the field a rapid death has been Mary, Mungo and Midge. Can anyone zoom in on these pricks today, I imagine they are very subdued. #f***offoutofCharlton
Agreed. Although Jones has stabilised us a bit, these draws will see us go down if they continue. The gap above us is getting bigger and at least one of Cheltenham and Port Vale will overtake us. Our 9-1 is looking good.
Looking like us or Cheltenham to be the fourth and final team to be relegated. If we don’t beat them on 5/3 I think it will be us.
Us, Cheltenham or Port Vale I reckon of 2 from 3. As I have mentioned on another thread we have 4 aways in 6, or the next 3 games are all aways.
Hi guys It's been a busy day and I've got a nasty cold, so am feeling a bit wiped out Football - it's a funny old game! Would never have guessed we would keep a clean sheet today. Charlton have now taken 3 points in February - that's one more than I thought we would get, and inline with TC's prediction With one match still to play... 16 without a win now and only 0.75 points per game under Nathan Jones. But considering who we've played it could have been worse. Doubtless the Website will begin crowing about a "three match unbeaten run" like it's an achievement. The team is at least showing some signs of life. Enough to avoid the drop? The Jury is still firmly out.
Absolutely. Now we are 4 games without a win under Jones(I'm not criticising) and 6 games since Appleton got the chop. Oh yeah, 16 games without a win. Staying up, my
