I must admit I did not partake of any medicinal Red last night, when you have to get up at 0530 and drive to work it is a put off. Tonight is a different matter though I think some medicinal red is in order Hic!
Sorry to hear that the funds took a bashing, wouldnt recommend grass though ,might make you turn green in more ways then one
Well, the weight isn't exactly falling off, but i've now lost 12lbs after another half a pound this week...and 12.75 inches from various places. I'm still waiting for that big weight loss i've been promised, hmmpfh! Onwards and upwards.
lol i guarantee you won't even notice the difference, it's a drop in the ocean considering what i need to lose! lol
If you got that target figure from BMI thats so outdated and potentially unhealthy! That says I should be 88kg for a 6ft 2 med build bloke! I havent been 88kg since i was 18!!
Fair enough then I always tend to be between 93kg and 91 kg , was 94 .5kg at beginning of last week , am now 92.9 , will have another week with minimal bread and potatoes, ! that should put me back to 92 kg for the donny and brizzle games
I've lost 1/2st in the 6 weeks. I'm now 11st 5.5lbs which is about 72.5kg, so you can say that N is approx 14.5st.
Had the prelims done for my Med Board next week, they found a pulse which is always a bonus Had a hearing test, which was ok except there was a minor change in my right ear! but nothing to worry about, BP was up, hardly surprising considering what this was for Got told to lose weight and do more exercise, I am sure they don't read your notes prior to going in, I can only do what i can otherwise my arthritis flares up. So I am now going to go through the pain barrier and get down the gym tomorrow and see what I can do without hurting myself. Then promptly go back to the docs on Monday and say my arthritis is playing up It is a vicious circle
It's good to see you're still laughing Al, despite the frustration and the worry. Bestest thoughts for you on Tuesday. I'll be thinking of you.
