Well, after last nights extraordinary lucky Leeds come back, it does look like it will be 4 of us going for top 2. Leics were cruising then their 2nd goal wrongly called offside, followed by 2 lucky Leeds deflections and thats that. Honestly the standard of refs beggars belief, and in such an important match. We just have to keep taking each game and play whats in front of us. A win today will make us equal 2nd and adds pressure. Leics wobble 2 in a row. What a terrific season this is!
Leicester have three very tricky away games coming up and a home game with Southampton. It’s all getting very tasty, Ipswich have actually lost less games than anyone else in the division. Any other season, all four teams would be dead cert for promotion, it’s crazy
Quietly confident today, but like all games, won't be a breeze in the park (when is it ever with us, and other than the Millwall game, when was the last time we won by more than one goal??) We should have been 3-0 down, before our first shot on target that went in on 78 minutes. Grays effort took a massive deflection, and the third just took the piss.
I don’t really care about this. You earn your luck. VAR and pointless rule changes do more harm to the game than the worst referees. Apparently in the blue card trial, goalkeepers are getting sin binned and replaced for ten minutes with outfield players! Madness!
