v v Another tough game against a greatly improved side in Sheff Wednesday-The owls are starting to put some decent results together lately- winning away at Millwall with a 2-0 and prior to that a 2-0 home win against Birmingham. This is going to be a tough test for Bristol City and a place we will do well to get any points.from on Saturday. I am going for a 2-1 win to the owls. Liam Manning has some tough decisions to make as the starting eleven against QPR were poor and when he finally made changes they did not work either. A vast improvement is required on last Saturdays showing.
What cheesed me more than anything else v QPR was our performance.....down to LM to change that, so this game is vital to show his coaching credentials IMO for us moving forward
I think it fair to give LM till the Autumn to show our progression.......or regression. It seems he hasn't sussed how to beat those sides who sit in ie QPR and Millwall yet some of the performances ie Watford and Southampton have been outstanding. Pretty certain JL will loosen the purse strings this summer and at this point in time, I'm very hopeful of progression next season. I'm not saying promotion, that's nigh on impossible as 2 of 3 that come down will fill 2 of 3 promotion places. When we criticise our results we shouldn't forget the unfair competition that is called the Championship.
I think the owner and Chairman need to seriously lower our expectations if what you say is true, and I think it almost certainly is.
We bounced back in some style after the Leeds game. Let’s hope we can do the same with this one. I don’t feel confident though.

I assume you are referring to Mehmeti. I can only assume that he is great in training. He does chip in with some assists though…….
