Same as Sandown really. Travelled and jumped really well but once the leading horses quickened up he was found wanting.

Unlucky guys but he lives to fight another day <ok>

I thought he looked like a horse trying 3 miles for the first time - just ran out of steam. 6 runs in 4 months maybe taken their toll? A summer on his back will do him the world of good.

Won very easily (13-lengths) in a weak-looking race at SP of 2/1jf. Brian Hughes had no problems all al in getting the gelding home and dried. :emoticon-0142-happy

Thanks all for the thoughts, thankfully he seems ok today. Horrible looking fall and I’m not sure what happened as he didn’t look like he’d made a mistake.

Frustrating day, but given the fall, and he’s ok, I’m just scrubbing that day off.

Great news that all is okay mate. That’s the main thing <ok>

Poor thing looked exhausted coming over that final hurdle. It was probably just that.

Glad all ok with the horse. The thing is his jumping up to the point was pretty flawless. I think he may have got in tight at one but that was it. Tired fall perhaps going over a longer trip in very heavy ground?
