You keep saying that he doesn't impact FFP but the only things that don't impact are infrastructure costs (and Everton even got screwed on that as the costs of servicing the loan they took to build the stadium were included by PL), academy costs and women's team costs. I guess you could try and assign some of his costs to the latter two business streams but not sure that would be accepted by PL. Think instead of paying him his £1.5million/year salary for another 2 years, and losing out on any compensation, we should agree a compensation fee that is mutually acceptable and move on. I can't believe that he has that much scouting knowledge that they are that interested in anyway.
