Lot of noise on their Grand Old Team Forum suggesting appeals decision to be announced any minute with a 10pm embargo.

They also think their KC has hit the PL with so much Competition Law (Sound familiar) that the whole ****ing PSR rules could crumble around their feet.

 

That would be sweet. Can you imagine if they finally have to give in to the whole escrow idea? ****ing hilarious.

 

If you read up on it the whole thing should come crumbling down.

Can’t see it personally the premier league need to make an example of someone so why not Everton. Financially they are ****ed anyways.

They have a 800m pound stadium and possibly could go bankrupt.

 

I don't think Everton will be so ahead of the curve they cause a reversal of Premier League rules and a changing of the system.

More likely Everton are going to be smacked with a further points deduction.

Btw, the Everton fans are the absolute worse source for all this as they are convinced they never did a thing wrong, never should have been charged and will surely be proven right and get points back.

 

Hopefully ... these rules are an absolute joke whether we find it funny or not the reality is they're not helpful to any club outside the current top 6 or outside the premier-league.

Rules to protect the football pyramid my arse and at least some people are now waking upto it, but I suspect they'll get worse not better.

 

Yeah it's more of an iceberg than a pyramid. They only worry about the bit you see at the top every day. The rest might as well be invisible.

Isn't that a possibility with this tactic they're using?

This entire ****ing appeal is purely because it delays the second investigation they are currently under.

The plan is to cynically appeal this, delay the process and if they get another deduction they can eat it next season instead.

I think they'll get hammered with another deduction this season
