It's a whole new level of ****ed up. On the one hand the West digs out Putin for his encroachment into foreign territory, backs and arms Ukraine on both moral and security grounds and yet on the other, arms, funds and gives political impunity to an illegal occupier, who are systematically butchering the population of the territory they have invaded.
At the same time as the knesset was deciding palestinian's right to an independent state, the U.S. were telling the International Court of Justice not to agree on Israel abiding by international law to withdraw from all illegally occupied territory, but instead to continue with the "existing framework" on establishing a palestinian state. What fcking existing framework? International law doesn't apply to Israel or the rights of the palestinians lol. Nothing new here of course. But yeh let's end the terrorism
SNP's (Steven Flynn) claiming Lindsay Hoyle was leaned on by Kier Starmer, which brought about todays chaos. So SNP's are playing politics by trying to blame Labour or using their words 'a Labour stitch-up' - in short they are all playing politics.
That's just a bullshit smokescreen to allow Israel to continue to pummel Gaza. Like you say, there is no framework for establishing a Palestinian state. On the contrary, Netanyahu and the sycophants around him are setting out their stall for NO Palestinian state to ever exist. And the US seem to be limply tagging along behind with zero ****ing backbone to call out what is set out in INTERNATIONAL LAW, i.e. that Israel are an illegally occupying force. It's so ****ed up. Biden should be tried alongside Netanyahu for being complicit in overseeing a Genocide in Gaza.
Lol, the event of Parliament today. For a summary, the Labour Party have motioned that the UK should call for a ceasefire. A big win today for Labour in Parliament. Labour set forth their proposal for a ceasefire call, which was likely to pass. The Tory's, as they do, attempted to block this motion by tabling their own. As the standing government, this would mean theirs is voted on, Labours is tinned blah blah. Here comes the SNP, desperate to beat Labour. The SNP table their own amendment calling for a ceasefire on SNP terms, as the ONLY ceasefire bill, Labour will have to vote on it, or abstain. Either way, win win for the SNP. Who were glee as **** about messing up Labour. Here comes Lindsay Hoyle, he allowed the original Labour bill to go ahead, so instead of Tory's - SNP it went Torys, Labour, SNP. Massive, massive L for the SNP. In response, the Torys and SNP stormed out of Parliament.
... the whole ****ing lot of them should be made to view the bodies of those Gazans that are killed by Netanyahu's ethnic cleansing machine during the period they take playing their me me me games and having their tantrums ...
The entire evening was a purely political motion from the SNP to make Labour look bad. True faces revealed from the SNP tonight, their ceasefire motion was not mentioned ONCE by their commons leader. He only screamed that their bill came last. They do not give a ****. Labour and Torys not much better. Actually tbh, on this at least the Tory's are honest
Think you’ve got that upside down mate. It was the SNP that brought it to parliament to be voted on. Then Labour tabled an amendment which should have been binned by the speaker but him being an ex Labour MP and all that broke standard procedure and allowed it to be voted on. His position is untenable now. He’ll need to go today. He’s let party bias get in the way which is unacceptable when doing that job.
That's impossible, I've never been wrong in my life. But yeah, probably the events mixed up. I love it personally, I will vote for any opportunity for the SNP to meltdown. A issue for the Tory's is the Labour Party is a government in waiting and slowly gaining significant political power
Sunak should have done the decent thing and called an election for May. Pointless delaying the inevitable and it’s obvious the public want a change as soon as possible. I share your feelings on the SNP. Hate the horrible bastards.
Election needed asap, aye. Its absolute peak cynical politics to hold on to power and dish out as many tax cuts as possible before you get the boot. The contempt for the British public is blatant to be perfectly honest
Like an decade long abusive partner trying to justify the abuse, coz you know, here's a tenner to go and have a drink (but on our terms)
Christopher Hedges is the sort of guy that Abe follows… Well known for making stuff up about Israel and blaming them and the Saudis for all the Middle East problems. He’ll have zero proof for that mental claim that Pinkie has posted.
I don't know if he's got proof or not. But IDF soldiers themselves have been filmed admitting that they shoot Palestinian children, so maybe it's not such a mental claim after all. 'Another video, met with stark condemnation, features a different soldier proudly admitting to shooting two children playing football in the Gaza Strip. The soldier explains: “I just went to Gaza, and there were two little girls playing football. So, what did I do? I took my weapon and shot them in the head.” ' https://www.arabnews.com/node/2433646/amp
Sounds like a sick laugh/brag to me. Zero proof of it happening. You should put up Christopher Hedges being fair and calling out Hamas as terrorists. You won’t find it though because he disputes the number killed on October 7th and even goes as far as blaming Israel for shooting some of the victims. Are you ready to say Hamas are terrorists, yet?
