Possibly the best 49 minutes of football I’ve seen us play for many a year. They simply can’t live with our press and are being stifled completely. Coyle is immense tonight. 2 more goals just to humiliate them will do. Loving it.

Classic example of how playing around the back DOESN’T WORK. Thank you Southampton for playing that way and giving us so many opportunities. Hopefully we can learn from this and scrap it in the future.

Also, 11 shots. Like recent performances, this is what we should be seeing. Shots lead to goals. Keep it up City. A win here would be massive!

Yes, Huddersfield 0.2 up at half time there. Southampton were level within 50 mins and scored 5. Thankfully / hopefully we’re not Huddersfield .
