The team we fielded against wigan was probably the worst side we have put out in the last 2 seasons. I'm gutted our team did not start in august aftier a good preseason , i think we would be a good 3/4 points better off and more comortable. Still happy with 15 pts from 12 games, keeps our head above water.
If I was a betting man (and I'm not) between these two teams I would pick QPR to win. Here's why; 1. The weight of expectation is on Norwich (5\4 win,QPR 5\2 win) 2. Home advantage increases the pressure on them "we really should win our home games" 3. If they lose, it will be the third on the trot, and their next games are Man C away, Newcastle at home and Everton away, not likely to get much out of those games 4. Promoted teams rivalry would make it such a bitter pill to lose to QPR 5. We're already 2 pts ahead of them, if we win we're 5, draw we're 2 ahead and if we lose we're still only a point behind them. 6. Our injury list gives them no excuse if they don't win 7. There's very little pressure on us for above reasons, and we have been playing better in the last couple of games. I think we will get a narrow victory, and we will hear the usual diatribes about the ref, clear pens not given, dirty play, cheating etc.
Like your thinking watford - my caveat would be to avoid fester and pompey though, two new managers and too unpredictable for me.
