Aye. Unless Dodds are proc pull up sowm trees , they need to go back to training ground coaches or moved. On. If we are to go to the next level a new man needs his set up and needs to live and breathe the area. I hope Dodds really smashes it and makes everyone consider things. Otherwise the above applies.
I think the club needs a brush through the first team tbh. New coaching team in, recruitment team needs an update at coaching and player level and a refreshed model. Speakman’s done some good but it needs a refresh.
Why on earth does the coach have to be 'young' Age does not matter, ability and effectiveness are what counts
Hes obviously trusted by those above him, he did OK when he stepped in when TM went, he's clearly liked by some of the players. Just feels a bit of a crossroads is here
Who's to say Still would even come. Reims are historically one of the biggest clubs in France, their owner is very rich, and they aren't developing a reputation for being trigger happy.
Money more than anything, he will want a decent wedge and probably more of.his own staff than we will bend to
He would be my choice, knows the league, has a cracking reputation of coaching young players and ive seen him impact many games with his subs or tactical tweaks Previously i thought we had no chance but i cant see many openings in the PL at the minute so he might have ti drop to the championship again. West ham job will open up but i reckon theyll go for a foreign coach or go after mckenna
3 reasons why we should appoint Steve Cooper https://thesixpointer.co.uk/2024/02...QhS56CxEf-fHVnXfCs2fGN8WbI1nfOXyQrQ1TSU7zjjTE
That’s who I want. Can’t see it happening, though. Reckon he’d have better offers in the summer (if he’s still out of work then).
