Think Omur was brought in as a long term replacement for Zaroury, allowing Jaden to move back to the left. I suspect the rest of this season will be used to allow him to acclimatise to the English game, mainly being used as an impact sub without too much pressure on him. Perhaps overcautious after the Sinik ****show? Unless he has a couple of belters and/or Zaroury's dip in form continues, I don't think he'll start many games.

More of a long term replacement for Carvalho I think than Zaroury.

I think Omur in for Carvalho tomorrow would be good move.

I don’t know, Southampton were chasing hard for him. He will have a point to prove “look what you missed out on”

But you also need someone who can and is prepared to put the boot in and win the ball and go looking for it and Omur so far offers both.

As I said earlier on this thread I want to see Omur at 10, Carvalho right wing and Jaden left wing for this one.

I would not take Zaoury out i would take Carvalho out , Bristol City showed when you take them on they can be beat and we do have the players to take it to them.

Plus we need to win the ball back in their area when we lose it or they have the ball and Omur will hound them and put the boot in to win it.

Not got a good feeling.. As for the game...Narrow defeat 2-3.

    I'd go.
    Allsopp
    Coyle Greaves Jones Giles
    Doc
Morton or Omur, Slater, Seri, Philo
    Carvalho

I thought Jaden has typically plied his trade on the left and Omur on the right, not centrally.

Assuming Coyle is unfit to start and Morton too...

    Allsopp
    Slater Jones Greaves Giles
    Seri Tufan
    Philogene Carvalho Zaroury
    Ohio

If we struggle, bring Coyle on for Slater, Jacob on for Zaroury and push Giles up the pitch. Traore could come on for either Tufan or Carvalho and we can always get Connolly on if he's ready. Sharp isn't doing it for me at the moment.

This is usually the type of games we excel in, and end up just coming up short. Heart hopes for a decent result, head suggests a narrow defeat. I really hope my heart is right !

Seri in for Morton assuming he’s not going to be available, otherwise keep it the same. You don’t change a winning team.

You can certainly make a case for it when you’re playing as badly as we are. We’ve beaten Sunderland who are in free fall and 3 of the bottom 6. All very valuable but this is a different level.

If 4 wins in 5 is playing badly I can’t wait til we start playing well.

I'd rather play badly and win games than play well and lose them

Love this from their forum. I nearly spat my drink out:

“Let’s be honest, Hull City shouldn’t even be on the same pitch as us. Those c***s should be grateful they’re escaping from the a***hole of the world for the night. I wouldn’t even send my mother-in-law there and she’s a f***ing grade A ratbag.

Comfortable 3-0 win. Tigers - we **** ‘em.”

    Another good one further down:

“Feed your whippet your barmcake and chill the f*** out.

Hull City? East Riding of Yorkshire? Bloody good hiding is what they’ll be getting on Tuesday.

By the time we've finished with them, every player in the Hull City squad will feel that they've had one of those stupid white phone boxes shoved right up their a***.”

Can’t beat a good laugh. They’re generally a respectful bunch on the whole. <laugh>
