Absolutely. I hope the new manager appointed in the summer brings his own staff in too.

So you bollock him in the dressing room afterwards, along with 09 who did the same, Jobe for not passing to Clarke less than a minute earlier, Patterson for his part in the 2 goals etc etc, not by blanking him and then trying to pull the wool over people's eyes the following day by saying he didn't see him - what a load of tosh (plus he must be deaf as well as Hume was talking to him as he walked up to him arm outstretched.

Its def not a good look

Had a few messages from people in the game saying 'embarrassing how many managers you go through'. Def a few on the wind up but its not a good look at all

It was def the right decision to get rid of him. Some of the abuse was def OTT and personal attacks on him were uncalled for. He was out of his depth and he isnt a manager or head coach - he needs to stick to what he is good at and thats coaching. Lacks man management skills

Ok he's gone but I don't think the club or the fans come out of this looking good. We can't keep on firing managers/head coaches so the club has to get the next appointment spot on - select the guy they want and make it happen whether he's in a job or not. Speakman needs to stay in the background and let the coach do his job. The head coach needs to bring some of his own team with him as well. I don't think bringing Beale in on his own did him any favours either

So anyone who didn't agree with you doesn't have a brain? **** off ya twat

It didn't work out. That's fair enough but I still understand why the club thought it could work.

It didn't (mainly because of Beale's petulant attitude imo) , and the club has had the balls to act quickly.

Let's see what Dodds can do and get behind both the club and team

Totally agreed, think this is where Beale went wrong- he needed to bring in his own no2 or at least a coach with him
Not saying it would have ended differently but got to bring your own staff in

We need fresh ideas in the coaching staff so hope whoever eventually comes in brings their own staff with them
