Pleased he is gone, was a shocking appointment and def puts pressure on KS to nail the next appt. I was so deflated when we were linked with Beale, never mind when we appointed him. The guy is never a head coach and just stick to being a coach only Not happy with Dodds until the end of the season but i would also get it - but they really do need to nail the perm appt Im pleased the board has reacted now rather than just sticking with him and hoping it works. Theyve nailed their appts before this one so lets hope they nail it again when they appt someone
It is absolutely. But also an opportunity gives them a bit of breathing space until the summer expectations won’t be high with Dodds in charge. But KLD needs to take charge here. Next appointment needs to be a real upgrade don’t need to change the philosophy but need a big injection of new ideas and drive. Maybe a new directo of football as well

Aye I am astonished it's happened now. Said on here yesterday I expected his eventual sacking to be next season.
Poor decision making though mate. KS has one more go at this for me....if he gets it wrong,he'll have to be out.
TBH I couldn't care less if he was pushed or jumped, nor whether it would've worked or not. Speakman is going nowhere imo so we need to support the club, the whole club and nothing but the club. This is a new page, let's not blot it on day one.
Been a horrible few weeks but still maintain that some of the stuff thrown his way was ott. Wonder what happens when the next manager can't get a tune out of Burstow or ba and we lose a few games. Whose fault is it then as I maintain the squad is not good enough for top 6

I wait to see what Speakman and KLD have to say with anticipation. They are going backwards at a rate of knots at the minute. Good luck in the future Beale. Wrong of him to blank him but Hume was ****ing awful for the goal. Didn’t even bother to start jogging back until the ball was nearly in the net just strolled back watching
Can we all agree however well Dodds does between now and the end of the season we shouldn’t give him the job in the summer or it will be Crosby/D Canio/ Advocat all over again.
