It's the half step away from Hume that gives it away that he has seen him but didn't want to interact. Disgusting in my view. If he was angry with his involvement in the second goal he could have pulled him to have a quiet word but to do that is not acceptable.

Yeah. That's also crap. Beyond crap. Another reason to get rid of this bluffer.

No has said he is right, people keep showing the gif which doesn't show him looking at him. Can only go off what he says. The only people who know the truth are Beale and Hume. And it's really not that important, the way we are playing is the bigger concern.

Of course. We all know what's happened here. People being delusional is just a symptom of wanting to ignore the facts. Jesus man. Look at Hume. Fuming!!

Well, its the only logical explanation if, as people are claiming, he did see him.

Mate I watched it live and he clearly blanked him. Hume shook his head and pulled a face as he got past him.

Bit it's fine, everything is rosey

But could a new manager make a significant difference with the players we have? Maybe slightly better but when we have Burstow up.front and replace him with rusyn I genuinely wonder what a coach could do. We are not playing great football and it's ugly to watch at times but I don't think the selections are miles off what I'd pick.

I’m on the fence with it. Looked like a snub in real time, he says he didn’t see him, I’m leaving it there to find summit else to moan at. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I'm a happy clapper because I think it's fair to give people a chance and also understand the nuances of football and that coaches can only do so much..fans are far too emotive and jump on every single little thing. The crap about his press conferences and not shaking a players hand is all irrelevant to me. The very noise and nonsense Beale talked about.
The jury is very much out on Beale and I've been extremely disappointed in the performances so far but he's inherited a squad that is nowhere near as good as some people think. We are losing games by the odd goal which suggests we aren't getting outplayed but don't have the quality, experience or nous to get over line.

Recruitment absolutely needed to be better. I have said for ages. But been bashed as a Speakman hater.

That said. Beale has been a nightmare

Just in from the match. One consolation - I drank my fill at the Brum lads expense <laugh> may be a famous felltop malt poat incoming, because that is going to get an outing tonight.

The performance? Rubbish. Again. Some very worrying signs. I havent read the thread hut will do, and I suspect Beale is in for a kicking. Deserves his share today, poor team selection. But when you have players making terrible mistakes and decisions as a coach you feel let down, badly. I thought, for the last 2 games, the players have been poor. Beales mistake was not freshening up more today. Rigg on the bench needs explaining. Mundle in beforr him? Barmy in my opinion. Mundle before Ba against their full backs, again mad. Burstow in, has to be down to a minimum appearance clause. Across the team we look knackered, lethargic and scared to play. These last 2 games ring massive alarm bells for me. There is something not right with the players. I was a long way off, and had been at the good wine, but Patto looked badly at fault for both goals? Fair?

Salt in my wounds today. Was with some Brum blokes in their box. They know the inside track ar their club. They already rate Mowbray massively. Major turnaround in every aspect of the first team already. I know I am in the minority, but I was adamant at the time and remain so, getting rid of Mowbray was a poor decision. No accounting for any football context. Highly naieve by the mgt team.

Ok, off to read the thread. Might there be a Beale out campaign? <laugh> Might it by those that wanted Mowbray gone too. <doh> is there any acceptance that we arent attractive to coaches?

While I wait for my curry, I might be argumentative <cheers>

Just because you watched the match live doesn't mean you can see exactly where he is or isn't looking at the time. Of course Hume was fuming, if he thought Beale had deliberately ignored him

With respect mate I have no idea who he is. I only heard of that board through posters on here talking about. Why is his opinion relevant or important. The post reada like an oft posted entitled post from a section of our fans that is all too common these days. Apologies to him if he has some great wisdom some of us are not privvy too.

I must admit I want to see him succeed as any Sunderland supporter would but sometimes if feels like the "fit" isn't right and this does feel like that. When I see the Trai incident I think he snubs him. Passed the video to my two daughters who sit with me and got back Wtf and Wow. So they have seen it the same.

I am very reluctant to be too negative, I like this board for that, but I am gutted and deflated (and I accept we were a League 1 side not long ago) but it feels like a right kick in the nuts at the moment

To be fair he is normally level headed - gives superb insight into finances etc and generally well respected. If he is turning it is not a great sign

Apologies mate. I was thinking afterwards that the post wouldn’t mean as much to people who have never been on RTG. Grumpy Old Man is the resident financial/ accountancy guru who pulls apart the club’s accounts and the takeover stuff - especially when it was kicking off with Donald and Methven allegedly using the club’s money to fund buying the club. Comes across as a very fair-minded and intelligent guy so seeing that post raised the eyebrows.
