Yea well obviously any manager is less likely to win a trophy odds wise unless they are in charge of man city, real madrid, bayern munich, Juve... that's just common sense. Doesn't mean he won't though.
I understand that, but he either is that man or he is not. Actually I think it's worth considering if any manager will ever win a trophy here. The odds as you say are against.
