I dont agree with what he did at all, never once said i did. When i coached i always shook the hand of my players as its the professional thing to do. But i can say that without name calling someone

People can say we need more experience in the team, which I agree with however we still have alternative ways we could try and play but we rigidly stick to the same setup.

Doing the same thing every single game and expecting a different outcome is madness, and there is absolutely no excuse for that. That is on Beale.

I’ve given him time and I’ve seen absolutely nothing to suggest he is an upgrade on Mowbray, it’s not even a side step.
