I would have expected Kone to remain on with Andrews coming on and DB moving to midfield

Edwards kept that bloke at RB that was so left footed, who was he....Kamara?

Similar how VI puts TBD at RB, and also what has he got against Dennis?

High wide and handsome from Ince - a six pointer in Aussie Rules.

    Asprilla off for Andrews
    Lewis off for Dennis

    Couple of strange changes

    10 subs x 30 seconds + 1 minute = 6

Not sure we deserved that. Rotherham gave 100%. Asprilla probably our best player. Hopefully give us some confidence.
Nice stadium Rotherham have even thought the name has delusions of grandure.

    FT - three welcome points.

Man of the match for me was Mattie Pollock - used his head to good effect throughout the game.

Most of those subs came on in pairs or threes - certainly didn't take 30 seconds each.

Goal with our only shot on goal!

Nice to get a win but guess we need to improve .

The second half was interrupted by visitors, but from what I could see it was a real scrap. Poor quality from both sides, and we didn't cope very well defensively with the long throws. Still, we held out, and added to the points tally once more. I hope it raises the confidence levels a bit.

One of those weekends where just about everything went according to plan after I finally got out of the office a bit later than intended: easy drive up to Derby to see close friends and my goddaughter; taxis that turned up on time and got me to the train station to get me to the game; really friendly fans; great beers; won the game with our only shot on target; stopped off in Sheffield to see another good mate and more great beers; train back and the ever reliable taxi service back to the hotel; easy drive home Sunday afternoon. Job's a good 'un!

Okay so the game was a bit rubbish and I did have a couple of issues at the hotel, but in the grand scheme of things, this is a far superior away trip than is usually the case. Mr Kitchen didn't quite have the excellent game as at Bristol City, but he was still very good overall. Just a couple of times when the feet were raised and, having set his stall out, he didn't keep to it. A couple of other little physical shoves going unpunished as others have mentioned. Yellow tinted glasses? Perhaps, but it did feel like he was more lenient with their transgressions than ours.
