I know exactly, I do graphic design myself. A lot of images like this remove blemishes and do a bit of trimming but I you have to have a good image to work with in the 1st place.

 

Of course. But one doesn't have to be great. You can do a lot of magic with it. An example would be Kate Winslet a few years back or Making Kiera Knightly's flat chest look big.

 

Yes I know but you can see she has a great body with her clothes on, so you can kinda see that not a lot of work would need to be done.

 

probably not with the shape but there could be blemishes and such. And...Ive met some chicks who look better with their clothes on...things are supported better than when they all hang loose...
