He needs 5-6 games on the bounce so the lads can start reading his runs.

When that happens he is gonna be a weapon the lad.

I can't work out how they're intending to deal with Clarke here unless they're playing wing backs ...

... Rusyn will be vital tonight imo, he needs to occupy their central defence.

I also think we need to make it a very calm affair then catch them after 60 minutes. They'll tire, whatever their fans say, and we've become stronger towards the end recently. Our bench has some real talent on it.

    1-0 75th minute, Ha'way the Lads!!!

I want Clarke running at Pearson all night, he's a big slow centre half playing right back, Clarke should be able to tie him in knots.

They will be a threat from set pieces, got some big players and Sorba Thomas has excellent delivery.

I've just ordered it. Didn't realise it was available until Frankie just said. Was just about to get the wireless out and put Benno on <laugh>

Sorba Thomas is the one to watch ...

... but I can't believe Pearson will mark Clarke, he'll get his first yellow within 15 minutes.

Haven’t turned it on yet to see what they’re saying but he normally plays in a back 3 for them so likely a wing back on Clarke too

We must be due a penna or two. Seems ages since we had one. Expecting 3 points. Just relying on the cuddlies to deliver now.

I think we'll win this if we keep it tight, defend the cosses/set pieces, and use our pace.

Was it given as an own goal? Took a deflection off someone. I’ve no idea personally, one of the lads at work mentioned it

RTB’s strengths and weaknesses summary says they are very vulnerable to through balls so I hope the side can help Rusyn have a field day.

Have to be picking up 3 points from games like these. Win your home games, try to not to lose your away games against the better teams in the league and beat the teams near the bottom you won’t go far wrong.
