Now obviously this may be a bit silly asking this, but was wondering what you guys think about the Norwich game, thinking about sticking on an accumulator this weekend I really rate Norwich but I feel at Carrow Road it may be more advantageous to you than them. Everytime I bet on QPR to win, they lose, everytime I bet on them to lose, they win (no word of a lie). So....... advice please
Do the draw!! If we have all these players out injured i think we might struggle District.Barton's suspended and Heidar might be out,Bothroyd's 50/50 and Young and Traore both face fitness teats! However our spirit at the moment is top notch.
F**kin bet on us to lose, come on what have we ever done to you............oh.....um....er..apart from that.
District This is a tough game for us as we have Barton out and maybe HH. The Norwich team is not exactly bulging with talent and not the fastest of teams but they know how to bash players and are good at diving (well Grunt Hult). The quality they do have comes in spirit. they have this never say die attitude which helps them. I remember last season they always seemed to score late on in Injury time for a draw or a win. I will be happy with a draw but think we can win this and really should be if we are to stay up.
Nothing against QPR but I genuinely thought you guys would feel the backlash of Stoke's 5-0 defeat to Bolton. In contrast I had you to beat Wigan shortly after Fernandes came in and you let me down
This sentence interests me;what makes it more advantageous to us, in your opinion? The venue; the timing, coming on the back of a defeat for them and a victory for us; or is it something else?
District I've changed my mind, it don't sit well with me, telling you to bet on us to lose. I hope, think we will get a result at Norwich, who are tough to play against at carrow rd. (at least for us)
This game will definitely be a draw. Both sides will settle for and be happy with a point. 0-0 or 1-1
Cheers Ellers, perhaps this is one to avoid. I'm sure a fully fit QPR team would have gone there and won, but with injuries there is a possibility of a draw. Knowing my luck Norwich will now win this
From a betting point of view, wouldn't touch this one with a bargepole (not that I own a bargepole). Walsall and Exeter have just gone to extra time so you'd think there'd be a bit of value opposing them. Walsall have Stevenage away which should really be a home win given their respective form so I'd chuck them in at 4/7 (based on Will Hill website). Dagenham as well have just gone to ET and are away at Accrington so Stanley should be value at 10/11. Bath will be knackered too I'd think so Mansfield are probably value. Notts Co (5/6) to beat Scunthorpe looks a good bet given how poor Scunthorpe have been recently (no goals for 6 hours or something.) Leicester (13/10) should murder Pompey but I don't trust them away.
We were decimated with injuries for the Wigan match. 01 Kenny 05 Hall (Harryman 61) 06 Gabbidon 15 Perone 16 Connolly 04 Derry 07 Taarabt 11 Faurlin 14 Buzsaky (Bothroyd 72) 19 Agyemang 21 Smith (Andrade 80) Only Kenny, Gabbidon & Faurlin from that line-up would start for us at the moment (although several of the others are favourites of mine).
I can't see us winning this and we will do well to draw Norwich are a massive bogey team for us and apart from that I think they play some good stuff.
