I’m not, or don’t pretend to be a coach, I’ll let Liam decide how best to approach the game. He got it wrong against Leeds, but overall credit where it’s due overall he hasn’t done badly, I do think he’s a bit one dimensional at times, doesn’t adapt our tactics enough in game, and is too predictable with his substitutes. Mostly we aren’t good under Liam at finding ways to win. It’s something good teams do, they win games, whatever it takes.
When I saw the 2 fixtures against Middlesbrough and Southampton I was not expecting any points after some disappointing matches from us but we came up big on Teeside. A point tonight would be a bonus in my mind after that result but 3 would be an absolute win/win if you pardon my wit. I wonder how much better we can be with the likes of Sykes and others returning to match fitness which will give Liam added strength and options? We must be a bit tired after the cup replay and a trip up north in the space of 8 days and I hope we have enough fit legs and bodies to put in a decent display against a very good team tonight.
Ouch I just noticed that the match tonight is not on Robins TV and I, like others, had no luck with Sports 10 last time this happened. Does anyone have any other sites apart from wawanews?
Unfortunately Sky is only available over here on DAZN and I don't have a subscription anymore due to issues. I will try some other ideas once back from the dentist's chair in about an hour, so I hope I can find a live feed elsewhere.
I just tried Sports 10 and it says a live stream will start in 3 hours from now, so here's hoping it is on as they say. The feed might just be live updates as on BBC Sport but will check later, so if anyone does find a live feed then please update.
I’m guessing he’ll do 45 then McCrorie will come on and either Tanner or McCrorie will take over at LB ?
Bell mmmm James and Williams don’t seem to gel in the middle. Mehmeti brings nothing to the table.Roberts needs to show his metal I’m sure they will come at him all guns blazing.
I agree, as a pair Williams and James are too slow in moving the ball for me. It’s one or the other, they are both good at breaking up play, but for me, playing them both stifles the team going forward.
Let’s hope Mehmeti takes his opportunity of starting, anyway it’s good to have Sykes back on the bench
