I think he will be elite, he's already good, not 18 til may. Nowt to do with him being from the area, i don't care where anyone is from, i don't rate longstaff or burn for example. Miley has it, you can tell.
I'm not saying he won't be but I heard all of this sort of thing about both Longstaff's, Adam Armstrong, Paul Brayson etc etc. The other thing I heard about the Miley house is that Lewis is the 2nd best player from that particular address.
Jamie? He would surely be in and around the first team if he was, he's three years older, unless there is a third brother. He is miles better than longstaff and he's about 10 years younger, don't think that's a comparison. The pass to Isak v Chelsea was enough for me, he's got the football brain.
Aye but he's a different role from what I understand, more attacking. When Longstaff broke into the team we had all this with him too.
Reflection. That was an important win. Sets us up nicely for Bournemouth. Wilson did F all mind. As did Miggy.
Newcastle need to go on a brilliant run to avoid mid table mediocrity, but unfortunately Arsenal away will potentially kill any new found confidence and momentum. Wilson is injured again.. didn't have a great game but occupied two cbs physically... his legs have gone but he's still strong and putting himself about which does actually make a difference. It does tend to take 3 or 4 games to get upto speed mind. This summer they'll need a new striker I think Wilsons been a great player for the club and the fact he's I believe 2nd or 3rd for prem goals behind Shearer says it all.
Miley is a wet fart that's the only problem I see, but that is also part of his strength... he's like an android. I think he'll be a very good player especially with better players around him in the future...he's been impressive while not being spectacular.
