He was paraphrasing what some experts had said including the one sitting down has said just minutes previously to be fair ie UV light treatment , how the sun promotes positive reactions against viruses , how certain chemicals killed the Covid virus etc

He said it with all the skill of a monkey learning to talk and a with really loose understanding of the ‘science’ but not his actual ideas / suggestions from straight off the bat .
