That said, there was a cafe about 1/4 mile up the road

 

whole point of a pasty was it was portable food so take one with you .

 

Rishi Sunak was in Cornwall the other day and a Pasty shop called Philps gave him a complimentary pasty and tried to milk it for their PR campaign

Im thinking a bike umbrella/glider/spoiler

That folds out of the bike somehow and is shaped like a paper aeroplane for aesthetics, aerodynamic like a glider and makes you faster like a spoiler

On a serious note tho in my experience 90% of homeless people with dogs don't drink or smoke or take anything, they just feed the dog and themselves after.
