No idea, wild guess at Liverpool or Glasgow but Calcutta would have been fairly important I'd guess.

I was there too! (Ah, yes, there was life before marriage!)

That was a great QPR team, pretty much the neutral's favourites, much like us in 92/3. Fond memories (or not, depending on your viewpoint)

Guess you just bring out the worst in people - not surprised!

Not a grand thing to say about a seventy year-old woman, either.

It weren't Calcutta, they were the Ruby Murray Capital. As for Liverpool, they're just Paddies that learned to swim. 'Twas Dublin to be sure

A message to all Norwich fans:-

All credit to you for sticking by your team in the way you have for the past few seasons.
I find it quite incredible that you have gone from Division 1, ( Even after that first game thumping, who was it? ) to the Championship
and on to the Premiership, in sucessive seasons and are at this time still holding your own,
    and proving the doubters wrong.
Especially in this day and age, with a great young manager ( ahead of his time ) and a Chairman that you have stuck by, and has stuck by you.
( Also very rare. ) I thought those days finished when Florist did it way back when.

This is what I love about football, real teams, real fans, living the dream.
Forget your Man.U's, Chelsea's Liverpools, Arsenal's etc, ( You can now add Citeh to that lot. )

I posed a thread on here a few months back... ' Which club would you say are most like us? ( In terms of success, fans & stadium.)
The majority of answers were Norwich, closely followed by West Ham.
I think we have been on similar journeys in the past, and have thankfully recovered somewhat.
Although ours took a bit longer.

Good luck this season, except against us blah blah blah.
I really hope you stay up, and that you really enjoy being back in the big-time.

PS I can never forgive you for April 1976 though.
If the roles had been reversed, i'd rather have given it to you.
