It wasn’t a question specific to Glasgow derbies, it was just for any game changing decision that you feel has went against Celtic in any domestic match.

We’ve been hearing for a while how refs are against you and give you nothing, so I thought there would be some obvious examples.

In a 90 minute game the average time that the ball is in play is 55 minutes, thats a shocking amount of time lost.

I would say that running down the clock is all part of the game, but thats different from blatant time wasting.

There are punishments in place for blatant time wasting already. I'd agree they aren't used enough but they're there. All this ****e is coming from that speccy ***** Wenger at the behest of FIFA. Like his blasphemous idea of having kick ins instead of throw ins. Building up for the Yank market I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with 3 3rds of football so they can squeeze ads in for the world cup. The excuse being that due to VAR the halfs are lasting too long.

Punishments are there for keepers taking too long over a goal kick or a player ****ing about with a throw in etc. Now players are feigning injury/head knocks to get treatment and waste time, as I said before this is meant to get added on as injury time but we end up losing most of that too with more ****ing about.

Not old enough to remember a time before the back pass rule, sorry.

If the blue card thing is not going to be implemented, then they definitely need to stop the clock when ball not in play .

also , every player who goes down ‘injured’ should be taken off field and can re enter at halfway line and only after the referee gives permission .

Timewasting should be a yellow card .

also , assistant refs should mark the spot for thrown ins and stop players ‘stealing yards’.

 

Blue card for time wasting is good
